Job Description
FCP Euro is seeking a Creative Services Manager to oversee all aspects of graphic design, asset production, project management, and creative workflows. This role will lead both internal and external design teams, ensuring all creative assets are executed with precision and aligned with brand standards.
As the primary creative point of contact, you’ll translate business objectives into visually compelling assets that support marketing, branding, eCommerce, and promotions. You’ll drive brand evolution, approve final designs, and maintain quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all consumer touchpoints.
A strong design background, passion for creative excellence, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and catalog teams are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Creative Execution – Manage the end-to-end creative process, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
Streamline Operations – Develop efficient workflows, manage creative requests, and oversee asset organization.
Manage & Inspire Teams – Lead designers, freelancers, and vendors, fostering creativity and innovation.
Ensure Brand Excellence – Maintain and evolve brand guidelines while approving all design assets.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to align creative with business goals.
Drive Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting new design techniques and tools.
Experience and Skill Requirements
- 5+ years in graphic design, creative services, or a related field.; 2+ years in a leadership role managing creative teams.
- Expertise in Adobe Suite & project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand-consistent work across digital, print, and social.
- Experience in eCommerce, automotive, or consumer brand industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation
This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $90,000 to $135,000 annually.
