Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.

Experience:

• 2+ years of proven social media management experience with increasing responsibility and a successful track record.

Social Media Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), including algorithms, best practices, and content formats.
• Experience setting up and managing TikTok Shop, including running promotions.
• Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social preferred).
• Hands-on experience with paid social advertising campaigns (Meta Ads expertise required).
• Strong understanding of analytics and reporting, with the ability to track metrics and provide actionable insights.

Content Creation:

• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to embody our client's unique brand voice.
• Video and photo editing expertise using relevant tools and software.
• Comfortable creating and appearing in video content.

Communication & Customer Service:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing customer inquiries and resolving issues on social platforms.

Other Essential Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for social media and an interest in sports (sports knowledge preferred but not required).
• Creative mindset with a knack for content ideation and campaign development.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools and techniques.
• A natural coolness that can’t be taught.
• Proven ability to dominate in cup pong.
