The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the team supporting our LinkedIn Business Platform. You will partner with our product, engineering, sales, support, and marketing organizations to develop and launch products within our centralized business platform to streamline the self-serve experience for our customers, sales, and support teams, with an immediate focus on virtual chat and agent experiences.This role will be pivotal in shaping LinkedIn's roadmap through voice of customer insights, product positioning and messaging, and sales enablement. This role offers the incredible opportunity to work across our entire enterprise space - Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions and Learning Solutions.ResponsibilitiesPartner across all LinkedIn lines of business (Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, and Learning Solutions) to understand and prioritize customer and sales rep needs.Translate and prioritize customer and sales rep needs to influence the product development roadmap through insights, validations and benchmarking.Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution of product roll-out, including communications and field enablement across all LinkedIn lines of business, with responsibility for driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support and Marketing on approach and KPIs.Develop messaging, positioning, naming, and core narrative around products and its benefit to customers, sales and support teams.Own in-product messaging and communications including email communications, training, and in-product marketing and onboarding.Develop sales enablement strategy, sales/marketing collateral, and deliver on sales training across lines of business to ensure successful field execution.QualificationsBasic QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of marketing experience within product marketing, product development, go-to-market and/or sales enablement experience.Preferred QualificationsProven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions.Experience learning and translating complex technical concepts and features into a benefit-driven narrative for audiences ranging from C-level execs to developers to internal sales professionals.Track record of successful partnership with cross-functional leaders and communication with C-level leaders.Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines. Experience using user, market and competitive research to influence product development strategies.Ability to inspire, lead and align cross-functional teams - excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and leadership, building creative solutions and driving results.Suggested Skills:Market Research and Customer InsightsSales EnablementProduct MessagingLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $121,000-$188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
