Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing - Performance Video & Retargeting, you will oversee a major element of the in-house Performance Marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment with enterprise and vendor goals. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance media campaigns within YouTube and Display Retargeting. Additionally, the role demands expertise in managing substantial media budgets and a deep understanding of biddable media processes.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at our Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll do

• Manage the Performance Video & Retargeting element of the in-house performance marketing team
• Plan, execute, optimize performance media, specifically in Performance Video & Retargeting
• Lead cross-functionally to align performance media with enterprise and vendor goals
• Maintain and grow relationships with strategic partners such as YouTube, Google, and DV360

Basic qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on DV360 or similar biddable media experience
• 1+ years of experience managing media teams

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Google’s media technologies and requirements
• Experience working with conversion APIs, product feeds, and tagging solutions
• Experience with enterprise-level media programs to include Retail Media
