Job Description:As a Database Marketing Analyst, you will design, evaluate, and optimize complex marketing campaigns while leveraging data-driven insights to improve engagement. Responsibilities include developing marketing assets, analyzing campaign performance, and presenting actionable recommendations to business partners. This role requires expertise in marketing strategy development, B2B data analysis, and marketing automation platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Marketo Assess campaign requests and provide strategic recommendations based on business needs Research and analyze data from internal and external sources to improve marketing effectiveness Develop insights and ensure marketing strategies align with business goals Collaborate with business partners to understand marketing and reporting needs Build and optimize marketing automation workflows for improved efficiency Present campaign performance metrics and insights to stakeholders Ensure data accuracy and compliance with business and regulatory standards Identify and implement process improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness Work independently while collaborating within a high-energy, creative team Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 3+ years of experience Strong business analysis and data analysis skills to drive decision-making Experience working with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively Demonstrated success in leading new initiatives and driving strategic improvements Proficiency in campaign performance measurement and data-driven decision-making Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development in marketing analytics The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $75.00/hr.
