About the Team:
TikTok's Publisher Operations team is responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient and effective B2B experiences for our major partners and internal stakeholders. Primarily, this will be delivered through program management and QBR infrastructure for global media businesses.
About the Role
We are seeking a candidate with extensive cross-functional project and program management experience, particularly within the media and publisher landscape. The ideal candidate will have a background in Platform Partnerships or experience working for major media companies. This role requires experience in Entertainment, Film, and TV, as the primary focus will be on managing partnerships and strategic initiatives in these industries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end program management for content partnerships and global collaborations
- Deliver owned and operated product GTM and partner accelerator programs
- Build infrastructure to streamline and scale team processes and provide two-way feedback loops, with seamless internal visibility and communication
- Build and manage virtual teams of XFN partners to flawlessly execute content programs
- Create frameworks, templates, best practice playbooks and resources for program execution
- Support management of internal and external stakeholders to set and exceed performance goals
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in program or project management
- Have a deep understanding and insights of the key metrics and measurements in content and creator operations. - Understanding of local business dynamics, including understanding or intellectual curiosity to dive deeper into key issues versus accepting a cursory understanding of the marketplace.
- Natural collaborator with the ability to drive alignment among various stakeholders throughout the company to reach a common understanding and set of metrics: Marketing, GBS, Product, Data, Algo, Engineering.
- Creative approach to internal operation that fully appreciates the unique value TikTok creates for our partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership in understanding key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities
- Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to work cross functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership
