Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Social Media leads the development and execution of the Firm's social media strategy to ensure effective branding, practice visibility and to help advance the Firm's business objectives. This role is a dynamic leader who develops and executes comprehensive paid and organic social media strategies that integrates across all marketing touchpoints to build brand trust and increase engagement. The Senior Manager, Social Media builds upon operational standards to deliver trainings and optimize the performance across our initiatives and tools. This position operates in support of the overall Firm initiatives, both independently and under minimal direct supervision.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative, social-first strategies across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand, editorial guidelines and the firm's business objectives
  • Suggest and implement new social features to further build follower base, brand awareness and consideration
  • Manage social media editorial calendar, content approval process, moderation guidelines, and generate and publish content
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop performance driven integrated social media strategies and related marketing campaigns
  • Partner with internal team to ensure high-quality work that exceeds brand expectations
  • Build upon standards to ensure content is on-brand, shows value to audience, is differentiated, is optimized for user experience across all channels, and grows engagement
  • Implement engagement strategies to build community, foster brand loyalty, and enhance user interaction
  • Conduct trainings for Firm personnel on social media including employee social advocacy tool, as needed
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools and social media marketing tools to track performance, analyze social media metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
  • Utilize real-time analytics to refine engagement tactics and ensures insights influence broader marketing strategies
  • Collaborate in special projects and rollout plans related to digital/web enhancement experience improvements
  • Conduct advanced social listening efforts to stay current on social media trends, best practices, audience sentiments, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge


Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five (5) years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blue Sky, TikTok, etc., and their respective analytics
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance measurement
  • Ability to incorporate emerging technologies and innovative approaches into comprehensive social media strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms, such as Canva
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising, SEO and content marketing best practices

Target Hiring Range $135,000 - $198,000
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
