As the Creative Director for AdFarm, you will lead AdFarm's creative vision and direct the creative landscape for both AdFarm's brand and our clients. You will oversee all client creative initiatives and collaboratively and solution-oriented work with all other agency functions. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading and inspiring the creative team to produce exceptional work that crafts narratives that resonate feeling within our Ag audiences, that meets client objectives and advances the AdFarm's reputation.

Ø Lead the North American creative team leads to execute innovative omni-channel, brand experiences across a diverse range of channels including web, mobile, print, video, branding and more.

Ø Lead the North American creative team leads to execute innovative omni-channel, brand experiences across a diverse range of channels including web, mobile, print, video, branding and more.
- Contribute to new business pitches and proposals, being the face of the agency's creative capabilities. This includes attending external events and staying connected within the agriculture and advertising sector championing AdFarms brand.
- Fostering a culture of creativity and innovation, encouraging the team to think outside the box and generate groundbreaking ideas.
- Oversee and direct the development of creative concepts, from initial brainstorming to final execution.
- Lead, teach and champion creative thinking and learnings with both digital and agile methods across the entire company.
- Lead and motivate the creative team, setting clear expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
- Working very closely with other AdFarm departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Package creative concepts and present to internal and external stakeholders in persuasive, articulate and compelling ways.
- Apply creativity, continuity and consistency to AdFarms internal brand material portfolios - from concept development (big ideas) to finished art
- Lead the overall growth and development of the Creative capability across the agency. Moving AdFarm's creative vision forward.
- Understanding the financial implications of creative projects, managing budgets, and maximizing ROI.
- Hold annual performance evaluations for the creative leads and be the stop gap for big decisions within Creative.
- Setting the creative vision and direction for the agency, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Brand Guardianship: Protect and enhance the reputation of AdFarm and its clients through innovative and effective creative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with AdFarm clients, and Account Teams to understand their business needs, and translate them into impactful creative strategies.
- Ensure the highest standards of creative quality, providing guidance and feedback to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights to inform creative strategies
- Manage the overall Creative team internal budget making sure all individuals have fair opportunity to learning opportunities, and client engagement.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing talented creative individuals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manages the strategy to elevate AdFarm's outside recognition through various creative avenues.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges and finding creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Promote and develop the agency's creative reputation throughout the entirety of the agency's clients and across the industry - advertising and agriculture.
- Be a calm solution-oriented resource for team issues within AdFarm
- Is an active and engaged member of the leadership team, working your best to speak up and resolve any issues within the organization.
- On a regular basis, travel to offices beyond home base to meet and work with direct reports.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
