About the Position
The Programmatic Media Manager executes and optimizes programmatic advertising strategies across multiple channels, including display, video, mobile, paid social, or audio. The individual demonstrates deep expertise in demand-side platforms (DSPs), audience targeting, and campaign management to drive measurable results aligned with business objectives. The Programmatic Media Manager works collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution, monitors performance metrics, and delivers actionable insights through regular reporting.
What You'll Do:
1. Campaign Strategy Execution: Contribute to the development of, and oversee execution of, collaborate to develop and implement programmatic campaign strategies across various channels, including display, video, mobile, and audio.
2. Optimization: Regularly identify and implement opportunities for optimization, such as creative adjustments, landing page improvements, bid management, and evaluation of tactics and partners.
3. Bid Management: Manage bids and budgets to ensure optimal ad spend and performance.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to define, communicate, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
5. Partner Evaluation: Evaluate and select programmatic advertising partners and platforms to ensure the best results.
6. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to continuously improve performance.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as creative, marketing, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.
8. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising to ensure cutting-edge campaign strategies.
9. Ad Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
10. Periodic and Ad-hoc Reporting: Provide regular updates and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for future improvements.
11. Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in a Marketing or Communications discipline and three (3) years of media management experience across a wide spectrum of media channels, providing knowledge and experience to set-up, execute, and report on campaigns within the native platforms and DSPs, and direct experience working with strategic media partners (e.g., Google, Facebook)
OR
• High School Diploma or GED and Google Ads Certifications in Display, Video & Measurement, and three (3) years of media management experience across a wide spectrum of media channels, providing the knowledge and expertise to set-up, execute, and report on campaigns within the native platforms and DSPs, and direct experience working with strategic media partners (e.g., Google, Facebook)
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two (2) years of proven experience managing programmatic media campaigns across various channels (display, video, mobile, and paid social).
• Hands-on expertise with demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Basis, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
• Knowledge of key programmatic metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, CPA) and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with audience targeting strategies and data management platforms (DMPs).

Pay Range
The annual pay range for this position is $54,400 (minimum), $81,200 (midpoint), and $108,000 (maximum).*
