Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Social & Content Lead to be the voice and visionary behind our brand’s organic social media presence. This role focuses on ideation, content creation, editorial calendar management, and community engagement. You will shape the brand’s narrative, increase engagement, drive follower growth, and strengthen our community of apparel enthusiasts through compelling, on-trend content. You will also develop an influencer marketing program from the ground up, fostering meaningful relationships with content creators in the crafting community.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Department Management:
- Take complete ownership of everything around content creation.
- Manage a fast-paced, multifaceted content studio that produces many different forms of content.
- Lead and manage a small team consisting of a content creator and on-camera talent.
- Manage the team's responsibilities, organizing shoots, editing, etc. to create high-quality content.
- Run your team at maximum efficiency to ensure high-quality and high-quantity output.
Strategic Content Planning:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with brand guidelines, seasonal trends, and key promotional events.
- Identify and adapt emerging social trends, platform features, and content formats to keep our brands fresh and engaging.
Content Creation & Execution:
- Conceptualize, plan, and coordinate content shoots (photo and video) that showcase products, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer stories.
- Work closely with in-house teams, freelancers, influencers, and partners to produce compelling visual and written content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Oversee the editing and production process to ensure a consistent and polished final product.
Brand Voice & Storytelling:
- Craft creative, on-brand copy for captions, posts, Stories, and longer-form content that reflects each brand’s unique personality.
- Maintain a cohesive voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Community Management:
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations.
- Identify opportunities to spotlight user-generated content and positive brand mentions to strengthen community ties.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) using analytic tools.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to guide content refinements, improve performance, and inform long-term strategy.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure social content aligns with broader campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Liaise with other creative stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop an organized and effective influencer program with the goal of collaborating with content creators whose audience aligns with the audience of AllDayShirts.
- Identify and reach out to influencers, fostering ongoing working relationships aimed to be mutually beneficial.
- Review individual influencer performance metrics with leadership to measure effectiveness and the overall ROI of the program.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Proven track record in developing and executing content calendars, creative campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling, analytics, and content creation tools (e.g., Later, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Solid understanding of platform-specific trends, best practices, and emerging features.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving brand priorities.
