Graphic Designer – $55K-$80K based on experience – USA (Remote)
The Role
Do you have a strong design background and a portfolio that showcases your creativity? Are you looking for a role where you can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals?
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in creating eye-catching proposals, presentations, and graphics to support our sales and marketing teams. While your primary focus will be on sales collateral, you will also have the chance to contribute to a range of design projects, working closely with our Creative Director and other team members.
This full-time role is open to candidates across all US time zones, EST or CT is preferable. Ideally, you will have experience working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually engaging proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to produce graphics that communicate key messages effectively
- Maintain and update proposal and presentation templates to align with company branding
- Build and manage a library of graphics and images for future use
- Provide design recommendations and solutions as needed
- Support additional sales and marketing design projects when required

The Person
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating your expertise (applications without a portfolio link will not be considered)
- Experience in creating proposals and presentations for sales or business development teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- At least 2+ years of work experience beyond internships, with an understanding of the type of work culture that suits them
- A commitment to growing with our team rather than viewing this as a short-term steppingstone
