The Social Media Marketing Manager oversees Mobilelink’s social media strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves creating, implementing, and analyzing campaigns across various social platforms while ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a social media strategy to drive traffic to Mobilelink Locations.
  2. Identify target audiences and define social media KPIs.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.

Content Creation & Management:

  1. Plan and curate a content calendar for all social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  2. Collaborate with design, video, and copywriting teams to create engaging content.
  3. Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and brand messaging.

Community Engagement:

  1. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions promptly.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and other brands.
  3. Manage user-generated content campaigns and contests.

Campaign Management:

  1. Develop and run paid social media campaigns to meet performance goals.
  2. Coordinate with other marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
  2. Use analytics tools to generate insights and optimize strategies.
  3. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  4. Creative thinking and an eye for design.
  5. Familiarity with SEO and paid advertising strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with influencer partnerships or brand collaborations.
  2. Corporate Communication Experience.
  3. Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  4. Certification in social media marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
