Base pay range
$45,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Responsibilities:
- Use adult learning theories and Instructional Design methodology to deliver a variety of interactive training solutions
- Study audience-appropriate aviation topics for improving course deliverables
- Create classroom workshop-based materials
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subject matter experts to create best-in-class training programs
- Implement standardized practices, documentation, and archiving scripts
- Review courseware learning objectives for alignment in conjunction with regulatory and subject matter content needs
- Accomplish projects using interactivity design, scriptwriting, and evaluations
- Proofread and ensure content accuracy and quality control
- Adapt client policies, eLearning best practices, and regulations, such as but not limited to TSA, FAA, ICAO, IATA, and OSHA documentation
- Coordinate with SME Editors and Projects Supervisor during all phases
- Assess client content against course scope and syllabus
- Updating project schedule by communicating with team members
- Inform Project Supervisors using measurement tools
- Review courseware with document review notes and ensure scripts match the training modules.
- Inform management of any critical project issues
Qualifications:
- College degree in instruction/content development-related field or equivalent work experience in learning theory and instructional design techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a demanding environment while keeping a professional and effective approach to high-stress situations
- Available to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to travel (Up to 5%)
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Notion software
Aviation background with emphasis on training and operations-related fields.
Second language fluency is a bonus
