Job Title: Graphic Designer | Beauty Brand Client Location: LA; Hybrid Starting: 02/11/2025 Salary/Pay Rate: $42.30 to $47.01 an Hour Duration: 4+ months with possibility of extension Job Description: In your position as a graphic designer, you will be taking a key role in supporting the team, contributing to a smooth and productive workflow, and optimization of the production process. Together with the global visual merchandising and retail Design team, you will be working on the execution of 2D graphic layouts and concept renderings for both internal and international projects. Responsibilities: Follow branding guidelines to create 2D graphics to be used in POS globally. Help maintain consistency in designs and reinforce the brand’s image. Keep track of deadlines and help ensure smooth transitioning between projects. Follow either local or international productions. Follow design trends, innovation, and new materials. Experience: Creativity and strong eye for design elements such as typography, texture, color, and materials. Excellent layout ability. Able to create clean realistic mockups. Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Overall diversified knowledge of art and design. Basic print and production knowledge. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Fast learner, self-sufficient team player. Software: Must be highly proficient in Adobe Suite Applications: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Microsoft Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Basic Mac system/software Sketch-Up (3D design) knowledge is a plus Qualification & Education: Four-year degree in graphic production design strongly preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered. Retail visual merchandising experience preferred 2-4 years of experience in a similar position Compensation: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.30 to $47.01 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
