Are you a film aficionado? Do you specialize in selling meticulously engineered thermoforming and lidding films? Are you seeking the opportunity to collaborate with a company renowned for its stellar reputation? A company that not only offers cutting-edge films but also the accompanying machinery?
We have been entrusted by a packaging equipment manufacturer to seek out a Regional Sales Manager for their flourishing Film division in the Northeast from Maine down to Maryland. This position is open only due to a promotion. This division has exhibited remarkable growth over the past three years, making it an ideal time to join growth potential is currently at an all-time high. We are in search of a top-performing individual to invigorate an underperforming territory, with the prospect of elevating it to a top-performing one. This is more of an entry level sales opening in film and compensation is between 90-115 on a base and uncapped commissions.
We require a true hunter with a penchant for solution-based sales, proficient in handling a wide spectrum of films, from rigid to flexible and everything in between. The ideal candidate should be unafraid to engage with numerous customers and secure deals. Knowledge of tray forming, flow wrapping, thermoforming, as well as experience with vertical and horizontal films, is a significant advantage, with a preference for expertise in highly engineered thermoforming films. Heavy selling into meat and cheese accounts.
In this role, you will engage directly with end users and enjoy a high degree of autonomy. - Reside in the territory and be open to travel as required.
- Possess substantial experience in food films, with a preference for expertise in thermoforming films, lidding and tray sealing film.
- experience selling into protein, poultry, seafood and cheese industry.
- Exhibit a strong technical acumen and a solution-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with packaging machinery is advantageous, though not mandatory.
