Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Brentwood, TN. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing social media marketing strategies, communication with clients and audiences, developing content strategies, implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques, and writing engaging content.
Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands, with a strong focus on content creation
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Responsibilities
- Overview: The Social Media Manager will lead the strategy and execution of social media efforts for multiple accounts within the faith-based entertainment and non-profit industries, as well as conservative political organizations, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth across paid and organic channels
- Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for creating engaging, platform-specific content, optimizing campaigns
- The ideal candidate is highly creative, with a deep understanding of social media trends, paid strategies, and audience engagement
- This role requires a strong ability to create social-first content while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader brand initiatives
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
- Align social media efforts with broader digital marketing and brand strategies to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent goals
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns, balancing paid and organic efforts to maximize impact
- Create engaging, platform-specific content (including images, videos, and short-form storytelling) using assets provided by the creative team, while also generating net-new social-first content tailored to each channel
- Own and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting aligned with marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team, Brand Managers, and Account Executives to develop content that reflects the brand voice and resonates with the target audience
- Partner with the Managing Director to develop and execute high-performing paid social ads
- Oversee the management of comments, messages, and interactions on social platforms, ensuring responses are timely and align with the brand’s tone and values
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, ROI) and compile monthly performance reports
- Review performance data and provide insights to the Managing Director to inform strategy and optimize future efforts
- Partner with the creative team to align social media campaigns with product launches, events, and brand initiatives
- Support the eCommerce and marketplace teams with paid and organic social campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Act as the central point of contact for ensuring social media aligns with the overarching digital marketing and brand strategy
- Stay on top of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the client's brands ahead of the curve
- Experiment with new content formats, platforms, and strategies to engage and grow the audience
