THE ROLE   

We’re growing like crazy in a city that’s growing just as fast—Nashville.  And we’re looking for an experienced digital media manager whosewho's current on all the industry trends and tools.  We’re looking for someone who is a great communicator who knows how to build communities and engagement while driving awareness and affinity for the Ncontracts brand.  You’ll be responsible for creating and executing strategies and programs that engage, humor, and educate our key audiences, create strong word-of-mouth across industry influencers, and ultimately drive revenue from new clients as well as our existing customers. Additionally, you’ll be a master of digital advertising across Google, LinkedIn and Bing, intent on developing cohesive inbound journeys from awareness to lead generation and beyond.  

This position comes with a high degree of responsibility and visibility, and will be core to our continued growth in the coming years. Here’s some of the projects that come along with this job:  

YOU WILL  

  • Managing the strategy and setup of all paid digital campaigns 
  • Measuring and optimizing our paid marketing using platform-specific tools, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports 
  • Researching and testing in different channels to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition 
  • Work in tandem with Growth, Demand Generation, Partnerships, and events – helping ensure successful supplemental coverage to all campaigns  
  • Create and execute paid advertising to educate, influence, and drive prospects to learn more about the Ncontracts solutions  
  • Create and execute a customer engagement strategy with key review sites and industry publications to generate increased preference for Ncontracts solutions vs. the competition  
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing programs to drive, test, learn, and optimize cycles. Employ A/B testing and other strategies across all channels.   
  • Work with multiple department heads which align closely with segment marketing, product and sales leaders to develop and execute brand and paid advertising opportunities in the marketplace  
  • Manage metrics across advertising, including acquisition costs, return on our marketing assets, and customer acquisition costs  

THE ESSENTIALS   

  • Proactive team player, capable of independent problem-solving, rapid troubleshooting, and managing tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment.   
  • We want you to arrive with excellent communication, teamwork, project management, problem solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills, and a genuine desire to learn and grow  
  •  Proven experience in managing Google Paid Search and LinkedIn Paid Social campaigns.  
  • Strong experience using 6Sense or similar ABM platforms (knowledge of display ads, segmentation, and funnel optimization). 
  • Google Ads certification a plus  
  • Experience in B2B SaaS with multiple products is a plus 
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field  
  • We’re looking for someone with 5-8 years of relevant experience in leading social media initiatives and programs for a B2B tech company

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $95,000 to $110,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
