Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Day-to-Day: Insight Global is hiring for a UX Designer to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large telecommunication company. This role will sit 4 days a week onsite in Stamford, CT. This UX Designer will be joining the Digital Service & CX team comprised of approximately 5 individuals. This team is looking to expand as they are at the forefront of customer interaction, enrollment, and activation. This UX Designer will be responsible for attending the organization's meetings with cross-functional teams, working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create journey maps for existing and future state customer experience, ensuring all projects are documented and implemented as designed, and conducting cross-functional design workshops across the organization. Must Haves: 3+ years of UX Design experience Experience in design thinking, experience design, and storytelling Technical experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, LucidChart, Excel, Visio Experience utilizing data and UX research to influence consumer-focused design enhancements Good personality & eagerness to progress in their career Plusses: A passion for innovation and designing for diverse user needs Experience in journey mapping and translating research into actionable initiatives/projects Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Design Industries Telecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr
