What You'll Do:
The Creative Production Manager leads the creative development lifecycle of campaigns and projects from inception to delivery. Acting as the primary client contact, this role ensures enhanced ad creatives are delivered on time and within scope, while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and resolving challenges that may arise.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Los Angeles is $75,000 - 90,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays. What You'll Do:
The Creative Production Manager leads the creative development lifecycle of campaigns and projects from inception to delivery. Acting as the primary client contact, this role ensures enhanced ad creatives are delivered on time and within scope, while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and resolving challenges that may arise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage creative production of the Creative Solutions pipeline for assigned book of business, including supporting Creative Insights Studies coordination with our Studio Insights team out of London
- Own the full creative campaign lifecycle, from creative consultation to final delivery - from pre-sale through post-sale.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and creative consultant for clients, managing expectations and building relationships across multiple accounts.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and commercial teams, to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.
- Anticipate roadblocks, proactively bring options and collaboratively resolve issues to keep creative production on track, avoiding bottlenecks in our global production pipeline.
- Collaborate with different internal departments on problem solving client needs
- Lead side projects as they arise with the goal of developing subject matter expertise that directly impacts the team.
- Start to develop expertise in strategic decision-making, effective negotiation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure profitability for assigned accounts
- Partner and upsell creative solutions internally with commercial teams, and advocate creative solutions in market as opportunities arise
- After 1 year in the role and depending on business needs, may directly manage at least one direct report depending on availability and needs
Desired Characteristics/Skills/Experience
- Strong production management and communication skills
- Strong visual sense and ability to drive requirements, support art direction and collaborate with others
- Must be able to manage multiple campaigns while prioritizing different and sometimes conflicting needs
- Able to prioritize by weighing tradeoffs and managing expectations using strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of media file type management (e.g., image files pngs/jpgs/psds/ai, video files ae/mp4/mov, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management and SLA tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira)
- Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite - especially Adobe Animate, AfterEffects and knowledge of interactive/motion design best practices a plus
- Previous experience developing VAST/VPAID video ad units a plus
- Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization for video or display a plus
- Portfolio not required but visuals and examples of past projects always preferred
Min Required skills/Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in media production, communications, digital production, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience in managing creative production or project management.
- Basic presentation skills, both internal and external/client-facing
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team within the Studio and in cross-departmental working groups
- Interest in understanding of the principles of video and interactive video advertising, UI/UX, and digital user behaviors and trends across all screens
- Ability and interest to learn emergent technology and design principles to grow team expertise
