LevLane Advertising is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Social Media Strategist to lead social media initiatives that amplify content, enhance engagement, and deliver measurable results for our clients. This role requires someone with a blend of creative and strategic expertise, advanced knowledge of all social channels, and a collaborative spirit to partner seamlessly across content, PR, and creative teams.

You will be the driving force behind developing forward-thinking strategies while mentoring a dynamic team, ensuring LevLane continues to deliver best-in-class social media campaigns. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
• Create and execute comprehensive and innovative social media strategies that align with client goals and broader marketing objectives.
• Develop cross-channel strategies leveraging platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms that align with the client's overall marketing objectives.
• Showcase expertise in integrating social media strategies with content production, PR campaigns, and broader creative initiatives for impactful amplification.
• Lead the development of strategy decks and presentations that inspire clients and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing thought leadership internally across the agency and externally with clients.

Content Development:
• Go on-site as needed to collect content to create thumb-stopping social content.
• Develop effective, creative cross-channel strategies and apply current trends appropriately across channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Champion creative excellence by producing compelling video concepts, captivating graphics, and engaging written content optimized for each platform.
• Develop and manage strategies and relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Client Engagement:
• Manage multiple clients, projects, and team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality work.
• Act as the primary social media expert during client meetings, confidently presenting trends, data, and campaign plans with authority.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering insights-driven strategies and consistent reporting on success metrics.

Team Leadership:
• Lead, develop, mentor and build a best-in-class social media team, while managing resources and being accountable for the performance of the group, and keeping them up to speed on the latest emerging trends and technologies in social media.
• Exemplify and advocate for teamwork and collaboration across agency departments and with partners to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.

Data & Analysis:
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results and achieve KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Translate data into actionable insights, creating comprehensive performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing environment, agency and/or client experience.
• Deep knowledge and experience with social media marketing strategy development.
• Strong experience and integration with social & content strategy, content development, research/planning and analytics/measurement/optimization.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take on and emulate client brands seamlessly in written and visual content.
• Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management and business development.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and grow employees and teams.
• Presentation experience to clients and c-suite.
