Work Shift:DayPay Type:SalaryHourly Rate (if applicable):N/ATargeted Base Salary Range (if applicable):$92,800.00 - $120,400.00JOB OVERVIEW:Provides tactical and strategic guidance on campaign/project planning and communications channels/tools and leads the development and execution of integrated marketing communication projects to build Blue Diamond - Global Ingredients Division brand awareness and drive interest in product offerings and expertise across key markets. Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement integrated marketing communications plans across the globe, leveraging the most effective mix of marketing communications strategies and tools.RESPONSIBILITIES:ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Build market awareness and value perceptions of Blue Diamond Global Ingredients Division and our solutions in each market.Increase customer, prospect, and market influencer interest in and engagement with our brands and solutions.Manage entry leads using direct response mechanisms and tracking leads against the media/event of origination.Manage relationships with external marketing/creative/digital agencies and freelance resources to ensure compliance with brand standards, general MarComm procedures (e.g., estimate costs, reporting, billing), and quality standards for deliverables.Lead global brand strategy rollout and associated communications plan in partnership with key internal functions/stakeholdersOversee trade event logisticsResponsible for executing website and social media updatesManage internal communication newslettersMonitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall goals of the region, industry, and business unit.Manage analytical review projects to be used to inform strategic decisions by key stakeholders in addition to being used to improve content strategies and marketing tactics.Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities measuring effectiveness and business impactOptimize marketing automation and lead the nurturing process through email, content, and social channelsManage various email campaigns, including template design, calls-to-action, and content used in email sending, nurture, and drip campaignsQuantifying and qualifying the market opportunity, its impact/implication for BDG, and when to facilitate/challenge choiceAbility to correlate the understanding of the customer's jobs-to-be-done, the current product/service or the need to create a new product/service, and the user scenarios to build, scope, present, and steer the business case to evaluate and prioritize an opportunity segment critically.Build media relationships to create PR and editorial opportunities that will enable a consistent cadence in targeted channels.Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to establish Blue Diamond Global Ingredients Division as the experts and go-to resource for information as it relates to the region and industryCreate content regularly to grow the company's footprint (press releases, announcements, advertorials, etc.)Develop or direct press releases, scripts, and editorials.Collaborate with designers, product managers, sales professionals, and industry experts and agencies to create relevant and impactful communications based on the Integrated Marketing and Communications PlanLead and manage input on strategic considerations, branding alignment, Value Propositions, positioning, messaging, content strategy, and creative strategyManage website content and guide identification/prioritization of website functionality needs for commercial content delivery and effectivenessExecute organization of trade event logistics (booth setup/takedown, electrical, WIFI, customer social events, sales collateral, etc.)This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5 years of communications and/or product marketing experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work and collaborate as part of cross-functional team.Understanding of and experience with global B2B brand/image development and managementIntegrated marketing communications planning and program/project management skillsUnderstanding and experience with traditional and digital media channels and production processesCreative, independent thinker, and self-starterExceptional organizational skills and the agility to manage multiple initiatives and changing Travel up to 20% depending on tradeshow volume and regional market responsibilities.PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESB2B and/or Ingredient marketing experienceSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESTypical number of Direct ReportsN/APHYSICAL DEMANDSSitting for long periods, operating a computer keyboard, some light lifting of supplies, occasionally making deliveries to other areas, and occasionally confinement to the work area.
