Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid break Job Description: As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital operations, responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking various marketing projects to completion. You will work closely with our creative, paid media and brand teams to ensure the successful delivery of creative and marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an e-commerce brand and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans, task lists and timelines with clear responsibilities, milestones, deadlines and budget. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. Project Execution: Drive project execution, monitor progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks. Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project goals. Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks and adjust resources as needed. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all marketing materials, campaigns, and deliverables meet quality standards, requested specs and align with brand guidelines. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Actively manage project risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing projects. Requirements Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing or direct-to-consumer brand. Experience managing projects within project management software, preferably Wrike. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills, organization and attention to detail.
