Position Overview Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media, email marketing, and social media strategies for our portfolio of D2C brands in men's fashion, skincare, and related industries. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon Advertising) Manage monthly advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs Launch and manage campaigns Email Marketing Design and implement data-driven email marketing campaigns Develop automated workflows and segmentation strategies Optimize email sequences for customer acquisition and retention Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations Monitor and improve deliverability rates Social Media Management Lead social media strategy across multiple brands and platforms Oversee content calendar and posting schedules Collaborate with creative team on content development Manage influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns Monitor social media analytics and engagement metrics Analytics & Reporting Create comprehensive performance reports for all digital marketing channels Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities Provide actionable insights to improve marketing ROI Track and report on key performance metrics Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience leading in-house marketing strategies (preference for the in-house marketers, not agencies) 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing Proven track record in managing paid social and search campaigns Strong experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred) Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart) Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of marketing automation tools Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar Benefits What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Professional development opportunities Remote work flexibility Collaborative and innovative work environment
