Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, data analytics, and multi-channel campaign management. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in social media, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and analytics to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and maximize ROI. Campaign Management & Optimization: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional platforms. Align campaigns with key business objectives, such as lead generation, e-commerce sales, and conversion optimization. Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and implement A/B testing to maximize ROI and drive performance improvements. Website Content & User Experience: Oversee and manage content on the company website to ensure it is accurate, aligned with brand messaging, and optimized for user engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to create and update written, visual, and multimedia content (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions). Ensure content is optimized for SEO best practices, improving search engine ranking and visibility. Regularly audit the website to identify and resolve any issues with broken links, outdated content, or design inconsistencies. Online Booking System Management: Manage the company’s online booking system, ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless user experience. Continuously test, troubleshoot, and optimize the booking process to remove friction and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with development teams to implement necessary updates and improvements based on user feedback and analytics. Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular performance reports on key digital channels (social media, website, e-commerce) to leadership. Track and optimize performance and budget spend for paid campaigns. Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and e-commerce platforms to extract actionable insights and guide decision-making. Collaboration with Digital Agencies: Work closely with external agencies to ensure efficient campaign execution and alignment with business objectives. Monitor agency performance, ensuring deliverables meet high standards and timelines. E-commerce & Global Trade: Support the management of the brand’s online presence across multiple markets, ensuring accurate branding and product representation on retailer and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Rappi, etc.). Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize marketing and inventory strategies across digital platforms in the U.S. and Mexico. Run advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon Mexico and Instacart, and manage ad budgets effectively. Email Marketing & CRM: Work with agencies to segment customer databases and optimize lead-generation tactics through targeted email campaigns for U.S. and Mexico markets. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute email campaigns that enhance customer experiences, from post-purchase to event participation. Manage CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships and boost loyalty. Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and recommend innovative strategies for improved campaign performance. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing across key channels, including social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce platforms. Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) for performance tracking and campaign reporting. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and experience optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms. Experience managing digital marketing dashboards and providing actionable insights for optimization. Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.). Knowledge of email marketing, CRM platforms, and automation tools. Experience collaborating with external digital agencies to execute successful campaigns. Excellent project management skills, with a focus on results and meeting deadlines. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications. Experience with international e-commerce strategies and platforms (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Rappi, etc.). Familiarity with video marketing, YouTube Ads, and live event coverage. Experience managing CRM systems and email marketing campaigns for diverse customer segments.
