Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Digital Marketing Manager with at least 7+ years in performance marketing, focusing on digital campaign management, content creation, D2C E-commerce, lead acquisition, and A/B testing. If you possess strong analytical skills and a growth mindset, we want you to help us enhance our performance across various channels like Google Ads, paid social media, and potentially Amazon e-commerce. Responsibilities: Lead the development and management of innovative digital marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and revenue growth in the US market. Design and execute effective SEM and PPC campaigns that enhance online visibility and generate valuable leads. Coordinate high-quality, SEO-optimized content creation across various digital platforms that aligns with the customer journey and maximizes conversions. Oversee and enhance brand presence on social media, developing strategic initiatives that boost brand awareness and engagement. Monitor and optimize the e-commerce website, prioritizing a seamless user experience to improve conversion rates. Utilize the CRM system to capture and nurture leads, creating effective email sequences and personalized marketing workflows. Employ analytics and A/B testing to continually refine marketing strategies and uncover potential growth avenues. Prepare insightful reports on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations to the marketing team. Manage marketing budgets strategically to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum ROI. Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring marketing activities are aligned with broader business goals for cohesive integrated efforts across platforms. Stay innovative and informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies cutting-edge. Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal regulations and uphold ethical standards. Internal Communications: Foster effective communication within the team by regularly updating members and stakeholders about marketing strategies and campaign developments. Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain cohesive messaging and alignment of objectives across departments. Prepare and present insights, strategies, and recommendations to internal teams. External Communications: Manage external relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand consistency. Deliver presentations and reports to external stakeholders, communicating valuable insights and strategies. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting the brand and networking with professionals. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a successful record of managing and optimizing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Knowledge of customer research, keyword research, and competitive analysis. Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
