As a key player in our team, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and expand our brand presence in the Los Angeles area. We expect the hire to be self-motivated and operate with minimal direction. Experience is a plus but not necessary; however, the ability to take initiative to find creative ways to drive sales is a must. We want someone who thinks about what marketing strategy works and is extremely curious. Although the franchise is 30+ years old, our operation in LA has been active for under a year. We need someone to manage all the agencies and freelancers we work with and help strategize ways to increase our return on marketing spend. This means that the hire will need to at least understand the basics of social media marketing, SEO, copywriting, design, market research, etc. Additionally, there will be other marketing work done for other organizations within our ecosystem. Salary will be based on experience and ability! Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Perform in-person market research of local customer demographics Requirements: 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Copywriting and Design SEO and keyword optimization Google and Facebook Ads Email Marketing campaigns Social Media marketing About Us: Rolling Suds Hollywood-West Beverly Hills is a power washing franchise located in Los Angeles, CA.
