The Creative Designer (Mid) role requires a mix of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to deliver visually compelling work that drives engagement and achieves business objectives.
Location
Hybrid - Fairfax, VA. Must be willing to go onsite in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead the design process from concept development to final delivery, focusing on user experience (UX) and functionality.
- Oversee complex design projects, including branding, website design, packaging, marketing campaigns, and more.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various channels, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to define and implement the creative vision for projects and campaigns.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to inspire innovative design solutions.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in all deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; US Citizenship required.
- Must reside in the United States and work must be performed in the United States.
- B.S. in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal government experience; experience with DHS preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.

- Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $67,020.00 - $113,934.00 (Virginia Client Office)
