Senior Creative Manager

Lead the Future of Creative/Design at Pixio!

Pixio, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer esports peripheral brand, is looking for aSenior Creative Managerto drive our creative vision, expand our design team, and elevate our brand. As a key leader, you will be responsible for defining and implementing Pixio’s visual identity, brand strategy, and creative direction while managing and growing the creative/design team.

This is a high-impact, on-site role based in Torrance, CA, where you will lead the creative department, establish design systems, and collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams, as well as external agencies to craft engaging campaigns and assets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and expand the Creative/Design Team– Recruit, mentor, and manage designers while developing a high-performing creative department.
  • Define Pixio’s creative vision– Establish and refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital, print, and product designs.
  • Develop scalable design systems– Build workflows and processes that improve efficiency and maintain brand integrity.
  • Oversee all marketing & campaign visuals– Direct the design of assets for product launches, ad campaigns, social media, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Support video and motion design– Guide the creation of animations, video assets, and digital storytelling.
  • Web & eCommerce Design– Oversee the visual design of Pixio’s Shopify website, landing pages, and digital storefronts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration– Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, as well as external agencies to align creative efforts with business goals.
  • Drive brand consistency & quality– Ensure high-quality creative output that strengthens Pixio’s brand identity and customer engagement.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in visual design with a portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, and web assets.
  • 6+ years of experience managing and growing creative teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with external agencies to execute large-scale creative projects.
  • Ability to translate business goals into compelling design solutions and shape a strong brand identity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and Webflow.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in a growing company where adaptability and problem-solving are key.

Bonus Points (Preferred but not Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications in graphic design, UI/UX, or branding.
  • Experience designing Shopify websites, landing pages, and eCommerce assets.
  • Motion graphics, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
  • Experience in user interface design and optimizing digital experiences.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, Tech, or Gaming Industry.
