As a Visual Merchandising Manager at Primark, you will be at the forefront of expanding this fashion revolution in the United States. You will serve as the creative representative for visual presentation both within the store and across the board of business, partnering with store teams and the Regional VM Manager.

What You’ll Do

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will:

  1. Be responsible for the visual proposition across the store.
  2. Lead and develop a high-performing visual merchandising team.
  3. Collaborate with the Store Management team to deliver impactful visual displays that exceed customer expectations and maximize sales.
  4. Coach and consult with colleagues to deliver an inspiring visual proposition aligned to Primark’s Visual Merchandising standards.
  5. Manage and oversee the launch of new visual merchandising campaigns.
  6. Hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers.
  7. Ensure adherence to operating standards and maintain costs related to stock.

  • At least 4 years of prior experience in a Visual Merchandising Manager role.

  • Exceptional people and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strategic mindset and good problem-solving skills.
  • Robust knowledge of fashion trends and commercial awareness.
  • Strong service focus with experience in delivering excellent customer experiences.
