What You'll Do:
🔹 Execute Quoting Campaigns – Engage with leads, deliver quotes, and close sales efficiently.
🔹 Prospecting & Lead Generation – Utilize in-house leads, cold calls, and referrals to drive new business.
🔹 Consultative Selling – Guide clients through the quoting and binding process, ensuring they get the best coverage.
🔹 Customer Retention & Cross-Selling – Build long-term relationships by offering additional coverage solutions.
🔹 Performance Tracking – Maintain accurate records in our CRM and meet sales targets.
What Success Looks Like:
🚀 50 new quotes per week and $50,000+ in new policy premiums per month.
🎯 Closing 1 in 10 quotes in the first 90 days, aiming for 4 in 10 long-term.
📢 Generating Google reviews and referrals by delivering exceptional service.
Who You Are:
✔️ Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (or willing to obtain with our support).
✔️ 2+ years of sales experience (insurance preferred, but not required).
✔️ A natural relationship-builder who enjoys helping people.
✔️ Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives under pressure.
✔️ Strong communication skills with the ability to present and close deals confidently.
✔️ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and tracking sales activity.

🌅 Morning Huddle & Training – Sharpen your skills with role-playing exercises.
📞 Lead Outreach – Connect with hot, warm, and cold leads using proven scripts.
🔍 Quote & Bind Policies – Provide top-tier insurance solutions to clients.
🤝 Customer Service & Follow-Ups – Ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
🎯 Sales Strategy & Growth – Track progress and refine techniques for continuous improvement.
