Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Media Buyer with a strong e-commerce agency background to lead high-budget digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in strategic media planning, execution, and optimization, ensuring exceptional return on ad spend (ROAS) for our clients.

Salary: $4,000 - $5,500 (Commensurate with experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms, overseeing monthly ad budgets exceeding $100K.
  • Act as the primary client contact, leading strategy discussions, campaign briefings, and performance reviews, ensuring clear communication of ROI-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated marketing strategies, aligning ad creatives, funnel optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine campaign strategies, optimize media spend, and maximize ROAS.
Qualifications
  • English fluency at C1 or C2 level
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of media buying experience in a fast-paced e-commerce agency environment.
  • Extensive experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, with additional expertise in Google Ads and other digital platforms being a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale ad campaigns ($100K+ monthly budgets) and drive measurable growth.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
