Job purpose

Amprod is actively recruiting a proactive and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and initiative to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to drive brand awareness and generate demand.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute strategically while also executing high-quality marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives.
  • Analyze market data, customer trends, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategy.
  • Leverage CRM tools to maintain data integrity and extract insights for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage email marketing initiatives, ensuring effective communication and lead nurturing.
  • Lead social media strategy and execution, ensuring engagement and brand alignment.
  • Support the development of sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update relevant web pages, ensuring consistency, clarity, and SEO optimization.
  • Attend key industry trade shows and events, representing the company, networking, and gathering market insights.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic industry relationships to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
  • Take ownership of projects and proactively seek ways to improve marketing impact.
  • May be asked to perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communications, or other related fields preferred.
Specialized Knowledge and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and analytics tools preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and fully own marketing projects.
