Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies to enhance Kamco's brand image, increase market visibility, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for storytelling. Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including:
· Social Media: Manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring conversations, and analyzing performance.
· Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and other relevant content to attract and engage target audiences.
· Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and landing pages for search engines, and track SEO performance.
· Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
· Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer communications.
· Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and visually appealing. Corporate Communications:
· Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance Kamco's brand reputation and visibility.
· Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers.
· Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials.
· Manage media inquiries and coordinate media interviews.
· Monitor media coverage and analyze media sentiment.
· Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
· Contribute to the development of corporate communications materials, such as brochures, presentations, and annual reports.
· Support internal events such as training, employee events, or other corporate events. Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
· Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns across various channels.
· Use data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
· Prepare regular reports for management on marketing performance and key metrics. Project Management:
· Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to achieve marketing objectives.
· Experience following PM Standards, such as building a project plan including task management, communication management, and risk management. Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing and/or corporate communications.
· Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
· Proficiency in SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Desired Skills
· Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
