Job Summary: the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns by managing tasks like content creation, social media management and market research ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives, while reporting on performance to inform future decisions.

Key responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator:

  • Branding development and execution:
    Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of branding across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.

  • Content creation:
    Generating marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, website copy, and promotional materials.

  • Social media management:
    Overseeing and managing company social media accounts, engaging with followers, and scheduling posts.
  • Market research and analysis:
    Conducting market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis, and using data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Website maintenance:
    Updating website content and ensuring website functionality.
  • Brand consistency:
    Maintaining brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaboration with teams:
    Working closely with other marketing team members especially from the kitchen, bar and event planning, to execute marketing initiatives.
