Job Summary
Day-to-day duties of this role include meeting with customers and determining their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality control within the service department for our Lima branch.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and shop flow
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer satisfaction
- Provide concierge support for all inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor daily inventory of technician's time to ensure are consistently and accurately sold to service customers
- Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
- Maintain customer success index at or above company standards
- Assist in ordering parts, tools, and diagnosing vehicle repairs needed
- Additional duties as assigned

- Service Writer/Advisor experience or training
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Great communication skills
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and can meet insurability requirements
