Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Role Overview: The Global Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of in-store visual concepts and seasonal updates across varied retail partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Visual Merchandising, this individual must be highly organized and be able to deliver design programs and support business priorities and/or objectives. They must be proficient in 2D/3D design, have excellent communication skills and possess a sophisticated aesthetic suited for luxury/prestige audiences. Responsibilities: Lead development of seasonal guidelines and brand standards for all doors in collaboration with Sales and Marketing partners. Develop and maintain planograms to reflect brand strategy, business and standardization. Translate and adapt brand codes to various fixture formats including but not limited to, pop-ups or promo sites, window displays, fixtures, and event spaces. Partner with cross-functional teams to create, organize and prepare files for artwork release to retailers/vendors. Participate in the full cycle of product launches, synthesizing marketing strategy with creative solutions and innovation. Responsible for project tracking and timing. Liaising with Creative, Sales and Marketing to adhere to process and approvals. Develop and maintain vendor relationships. Oversee production and installation of VM projects and fixtures. Share insights and best practices to enhance brand positioning in-store. Assess the success of visual merchandising strategies post-launch. Responsible for current knowledge and understanding of emerging trends and best practices. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in relevant industry. Prior experience working within HQ at a luxury beauty brand highly desired. Background in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising or comparable. Software Requirements: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Rhino. Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced creative environment. Understanding of branding and graphic storytelling within the retail environment. Understanding of vendor specifications and technical drawings. In-depth knowledge of print design and print production. Proficient in planogramming and knowledge of 3D dimensional structures and spaces. Understanding of typography, color, and composition. Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines using excellent organizational skills, quality execution and attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required travel to various stores.
