The opportunity Delaware North Boston Holdings is seeking a Digital Communications Campaign Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Digital Communications Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for: Project managing the execution of the digital communication strategy for TD Garden and Boston Bruins client communities (Season Ticket Holder, Boston Garden Society), and non-clients in collaboration with Business Strategy, Sales, Service, Corporate Partnerships, and Brand Marketing teams through ideation, planning, analysis, and reporting of email content. Serve as the primary editor and ensure suitability and optimization of content by channel type, consistency in style and tone, relevancy for target groups, and adherence with organization-wide branding and messaging guidelines. Analyze email communication and provide key reporting to effectively inform internal stakeholders and maximize campaign performance, while being an early adopter of emerging email marketing tactics and content development for the organization. Work with internal groups on segmentation, timing, and short- and long-term planning initiatives for seasonal (renewals and on-sales, etc.,) game-based campaigns, and event communication. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,200 - $88,000 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Effectively project manage all campaigns to ensure meeting target send dates. Manage the workflow of the digital communications specialists to ensure the team’s output is as efficient as possible. Lead analysis of email communication strategy for clients, ticket sales, e-commerce, parking, lead generation, retargeting, database growth, and other key business goals through reporting of existing campaigns, testing of new tactics, and learning. Work with Sales, Service, and Brand Marketing departments to develop new and unique ways to deliver content through our current email tactics and through new emerging email marketing tactics. Work with all organization groups to ensure consistent messaging across all brands. More about you

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing within all levels of the organization. Proven experience with managing a project from ideation to execution. Ability to multi-task and manage many projects at once. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud email platform a strong preference. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
