Senior Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing and drive brand growth. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing brand marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and influencer strategy while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Creative/Design, and Product teams to achieve Pixio’s business objectives. We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused leader who can build and scale innovative marketing initiatives to expand Pixio’s market presence, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive revenue growth in the highly competitive gaming and consumer electronics industry. What You’ll DoLeadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and develop Pixio’s Marketing Team, fostering a high-performance culture. Work closely with Sales Operations, Creative/Design, and Production teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, sales goals, and supply chain strategies. Oversee agency partnerships, vendor relations, and external collaborations to drive media, content, and advertising initiatives. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams to maximize marketing impact and efficiency. Brand & Digital Marketing Strategy

Own and execute Pixio’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (website, social media, advertising, PR, and influencer campaigns). Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), social, influencer, affiliate, and retail channels. Strengthen brand storytelling and messaging, increasing Pixio’s brand awareness and customer loyalty. Implement lifecycle marketing strategies including email marketing, retargeting, and customer retention programs. Performance Marketing & Growth Strategy

Optimize CAC and ROAS while driving profitable growth. Implement data-driven A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. Manage media planning, performance analytics, and marketing attribution to enhance ROI. Lead TikTok advertising campaigns, developing and executing strategies to maximize engagement, conversion rates, and brand growth. Oversee TikTok Shop marketing efforts, ensuring seamless integration with broader e-commerce and content marketing strategies. Identify emerging marketing trends and new platforms to expand Pixio’s reach and engagement. Influencer, Affiliate, & Community Marketing

Develop and scale Pixio’s influencer and affiliate marketing programs, working with top gaming creators and tech reviewers. Build partnerships with gaming communities, tech bloggers, and esports organizations to drive brand engagement. Create a community-driven approach to marketing, leveraging UGC (User-Generated Content) and grassroots campaigns. Negotiate and manage long-term influencer partnerships to maximize brand exposure and customer acquisition. Social Media, Content, & PR

Drive organic and paid social media growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Reddit. Develop and implement TikTok-first marketing strategies, leveraging short-form content, influencer collaborations, and viral trends to enhance Pixio’s presence. Lead PR and media outreach efforts to secure brand coverage in gaming and tech publications. Oversee content strategy, working with internal designers and agencies to create compelling assets. Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce high-quality video and graphic content that resonates with gamers. Who You Are

10+ years of marketing experience in a relevant industry, such as technology, gaming, PC hardware, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or other fast-paced, competitive markets. 6+ years of experience in growing and managing teams, with a strong track record of leading high-performing marketing teams. Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, paid media, and influencer marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, analytics tools, and affiliate marketing. Experience in TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, and short-form video marketing strategies. Cross-functional collaborator who can work with Sales, Creative, and Product teams. Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of marketing analytics and optimization strategies. Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term revenue growth. Passion for gaming, esports, and gaming peripherals is a plus. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously. Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required)

Experience in gaming, esports, or tech hardware marketing. Strong connections with gaming influencers, tech media, and esports communities. Experience launching DTC and retail marketing campaigns. Background in content marketing, video production, or livestream event marketing. Experience with loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
