About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing to build and lead the marketing function across our holding company as well as our portfolio of operating companies. This person will oversee all things related to holding company marketing, including building brand awareness and credibility within the tax and accounting industry. In addition, this person will develop and support the marketing function across our portfolio of operating companies. What’s in it for you: Flexible work environment (hybrid) Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits package 401(k) with employer match Unlimited PTO Opportunity to build and lead all Marketing functions A supportive culture to allow you to live a fulfilling, happy, and impactful life Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for our holding company, with an eye toward establishing Baysora as the preferred acquiror of tax and accounting firms Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in partnership with our operating companies to drive organic growth Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and current operating companies Develop and maintain Baysora’s online presence, including websites and social media accounts Create and publish content to help establish Baysora’s reputation within the industry Identify and develop a strategy for participation in industry events, associations, and sponsorships Build and manage a centralized marketing team that provides expertise in digital marketing, branding, content strategy, and performance marketing Implement scalable marketing processes and best practices to be shared across the portfolio Establish, track, and report on marketing KPIs; evolve strategies to increase ROI Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) 8-10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within a private equity, holding company, or multi-brand environment Relevant experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, branding, events and sponsorships, etc. Data-driven with an ability to pull out insights from KPIs and develop action plans Preferred Skills: Service-oriented mentality when working with operating companies Ability to build trust with firm owners and their teams Ability to be a thought partner to the CEO and other executives at the holding company Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations Industries Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals J-18808-Ljbffr
