Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients in Shelby, NC. This position is a hybrid contract to hire opportunity!
We are a dynamic development shop focused on creating innovative digital solutions across multiple websites and a native mobile app. Our company operates within the employee engagement space, continuously refining our process and expanding our team to enhance our product offerings. With a maturing UX process and a growing development team, we are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help drive our design initiatives and elevate our user experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to align designs with business goals and user intent.
- Work alongside our current UX/UI Designer to ensure cohesive and high-quality design execution.
- Conduct wireframing, prototyping, and multiple design iterations to refine user experience.
- Design for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless usability across devices.
- Apply professional styling to create visually appealing and functional interfaces.
- Engage in qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to improving the company’s UX process, which has matured over time.
- Leverage existing UI libraries while also identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Support development efforts with manual testing and iterative improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Level: Mid-Senior level UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Figma and Jira.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work with product managers, developers, and other designers.
- User-Centered Approach: Designs with intent, focusing on the end-user experience.
- Research-Driven: Ability to incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights into design strategies.
- Multi-Platform Experience: Background in designing for both web and mobile applications.
