What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage operational processes for advertising campaigns, including database management and creative brief creation
- Coordinate marketing projects and liaise with design and sales teams to ensure timely communication and delivery
- Update marketing plans and internal systems while adhering to seasonal sales schedules
- Create Purchase Orders (POs) and process invoices in SAP
- Develop marketing campaign websites and handle promotional giveaways
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in the publishing or creative industry
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Filemaker Pro
