What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage operational processes for advertising campaigns, including database management and creative brief creation
2. Coordinate marketing projects and liaise with design and sales teams to ensure timely communication and delivery
3. Update marketing plans and internal systems while adhering to seasonal sales schedules
4. Create Purchase Orders (POs) and process invoices in SAP
5. Develop marketing campaign websites and handle promotional giveaways

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 3-5 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in the publishing or creative industry
2. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
3. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Filemaker Pro
