Qualifications:

Required: High school diploma or equivalent with proven experience in videography, photography, and multimedia production including lighting, framing, and editing. Proficiency with video editing software and graphic design tools. Strong understanding of branding and storytelling principles. Strong communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas and solutions.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in video production, journalism, or a related field. Experience working in education or with public sector organizations. Familiarity with managing content for diverse audiences, including non-English speaking audiences. Knowledge of social media content strategies and analytics.
