Position Overview: We are seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to join our team. This role involves using performance data from platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others to inform creative decisions and optimize video storytelling. The ideal candidate is curious about why advertisements work, understands social media trends, and is eager to craft data-driven creative strategies that drive results. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact campaigns and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct customer and brand research, competitor analysis, and social listening to inform creative strategies.
  • Creative Development: Write conversion-focused direct response ads, ad briefs, shot scripts, and shot lists exclusively for StopBox USA.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers and the in-house creative team to ensure ad quality and creative excellence, fostering a highly collaborative environment.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Outline testing variables, present hypotheses, and execute creative based on those insights.
  • Monitoring: Analyze ad performance data and incorporate findings into future creative strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on creative performance, insights, and trends to the Marketing Director.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with the marketing and product teams to align creative strategies with company goals, ensuring that all advertising and video storytelling efforts effectively communicate the StopBox brand identity and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram advertising products; TikTok advertising experience is a plus.
  • A strong interest in performance advertising and data-driven creative strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience writing direct response ad copy and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Motion, Foreplay, ClickUp, and Slack is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for learning and staying ahead of advertising trends.
