Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead Vacation's influencer and VIP marketing strategy across organic, paid, and VIP initiatives. In this role, you will drive influencer campaigns, manage budget allocation, and collaborate closely with the Community Management, Marketing Operations, Sales, Events, Partnerships, and Growth Marketing teams. You will also nurture relationships with talent agencies and key tastemakers to execute impactful brand activations, supporting product launches and brand growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing cross-functional teams and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  1. Influencer Strategy & Execution:
    1. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including partner identification, campaign management, and reporting.
    2. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer efforts with broader marketing objectives.
    3. Supervise outreach and manage agency relationships.
    4. Lead creative development for always-on unboxings (working closely with Marketing Operations to develop branded collateral), specialty gifting programs, influencer events, and retail partnerships.
    5. Oversee contracts including UGC partners, deal creation, and budget management for gifting and campaigns.
  2. Budgeting & Reporting:
    1. Allocate budgets to maximize impact on key brand initiatives.
    2. Track and report on influencer marketing performance, ensuring ROI and alignment with KPIs.
    3. Regularly communicate performance insights to the broader team.
  3. Affiliate & Platform Optimization:
    1. Collaborate with Growth Marketing department to optimize affiliate partnerships and presence on key platforms.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in a related field
  2. 5-7 years of relevant influencer marketing experience
  3. Experience working as a part of a fully remote team
  4. Experience managing budgets
  5. Experience setting and executing influencer marketing strategies
  6. Well-versed across key social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  7. Adept in reporting and providing insights to management about paid and organic campaigns
  8. Well-versed in utilizing influencer management platforms (Tagger, Grin, Dash Hudson, etc) and Shopify for building/tracking influencer performance and gifting (discount creation, impressions, ROAS, etc)
  9. Solid understanding of different PR and influencer marketing techniques and best practices
  10. On the pulse of all things lifestyle, social media, nostalgia and skincare
  11. Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  12. Assertive in your communication style
  13. Excited to grow Vacation into a household name and have fun in the process
