Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the manufacturer of two premier boat brands (Action Craft and Southwind), we are looking to bring marketing functionality in-house to support our growth. This position provides meaningful career growth opportunities and will play a pivotal role in driving visibility, growth, and engagement across various marketing channels on behalf of both boat brands and in support of our growing network of boat dealers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Create marketing plans for products and services.
• Write brand messages, advertising copy, and promotional materials.
• Implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media management, content creation, digital marketing, search optimization, website management, email marketing, and event promotion.
• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Support sales team and authorized dealers by increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and engaging customers.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
• Maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
• Provide advice to management on how to best reach the target market.

Experience/Skills/Traits

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing or related field
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in programs/platforms/software used for content creation, digital marketing and/or graphic design highly preferred. Wordpress experience a plus.
• Skillful copywriter and storyteller with ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Dynamic, results-driven, self-starter, eager for growth.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel as needed.
