THE JOB

The PNC Music Pavilion is looking for a highly organized and professional administrative assistant to join their admin team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative tasks of operating a large outdoor concert venue, inclusive of accounts payable, expense tracking, workers compensation reporting, amongst various other responsibilities.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  1. Assist in daily administrative tasks related to the operation of a large outdoor concert venue
  2. Assist in Accounts Payable tasks such as coding, submitting and tracking invoices and receipts
  3. Submit and track incident reports with the venue’s insurance provider
  4. Manage resources used by the administrative team, inclusive of an internal website and shared documents
  5. Assist in the setup and planning of staff meetings, orientations, and job fairs
  6. Assist in the coordination of staffing the event and communications with other venues providing teams
  7. Coordination and scheduling of vendors
  8. Assist payroll department when necessary

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Experience working in AP or other accounting-related fields
  4. Administrative and organizational experience
  5. Ability to work some nights and weekends
