Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Herndon, VA (Hybrid)

We design, build, and operate data-rich applications leveraging advanced data modeling, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to empower our customers to make better data-driven decisions.

We are seeking a strong Senior UI/UX Designer with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in Herndon VA (Hybrid schedule). In this role, you will engage directly with customers to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. You will design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on human-centered design principles. This position involves modernizing existing tools and interfaces to improve usability and performance. You will collaborate with teams using design tools such as Figma and partner with development teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively and align with user needs. Additionally, you will utilize Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a willingness to take CI polygraph.

• 8-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in human-centered design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).

• Familiarity with secure networks and designing for restricted environments.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile on-site environment.

Additional Skills (nice to have):

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.

• Familiarity with government or defense sector projects.
