YOU:
- Firstly, you are really quite intelligent (now don't be shy).
- You show grit, determination and make stuff happen.
- You are a bit of a geek, love spreadsheets and get excited by data.
- You can quickly grasp a brand, its voice and what its customers value.
- You are degree qualified (or soon will be). This could be in marketing, business, finance, data science, science...
- You have a working knowledge of SEO.
- You can maximise opportunities on social media.
- You are passionate about digital marketing.
- You have strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- You can bust above average break dancing moves.
- You speak a little MTLA (Marketing Three Letter Acronyms): Hello CPC, PPC, AOV, CPM, CPA.
- You are analytical, systematic and strategic.
- You are professional, honest and a good team player.
- You are creative and a great problem solver.
- You like real coffee (not absolutely essential).
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, creative and smart team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be helping to build, measure, optimise and scale our acquisition and retention functions with a focus on long-term brand building. Working with our in house marketing, design and web teams you will be involved in daily problem solving and value creation inside systems for things such as PPC, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Meta advertising, Advanced email systems, list growth, SEO and organic social media. The role includes promotion concept design and execution as well as assisting with the launch of new products. Within a framework of testing, measurement, and scalability you'll also be involved in creatively pursuing new opportunities. You’ll want to enjoy hands on data wrangling and analysis.
