In this role, you will blend creativity, strategy, and execution, leading the development of compelling content, managing proposal responses, and optimizing inbound lead management-all while ensuring alignment with our Ideal Client Profile (ICP). This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, refine processes, and help build a marketing function that adapts and leads in a changing industry.

Remote work on hybrid schedule is available.

Essential Functions

  • Content Creation & Management - Develop high-quality content across multiple channels while overseeing freelance writers and purchased materials. Ensure a steady flow of relevant, engaging content aligned with the firm's marketing strategy, business goals, and the preferences of today's digital client journey.
  • Proposal Management - Oversee the proposal process and software, collaborating with SMEs to craft compelling proposals. Develop templates and ready-to-use content to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing - Manage inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with the firm's Ideal Client Profile (ICP). Track, analyze, and optimize processes to improve client experience, leading to improved conversation rates.
  • Marketing Performance Tracking - Track KPIs for content engagement, proposal success, and lead conversion. Use insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Brand Consistency & Messaging - Ensure all content, proposals, and marketing materials reflect the firm's voice, brand standards, and market positioning.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with SMEs, marketing, business development, and others to align messaging and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation - Continuously refine marketing processes, leveraging new technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and impact.

Job Qualifications and Skills

  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, proposal management, and lead generation, with transferable skills from any service-based industry also valued.
  • B2B & B2C digital marketing experience with a strong understanding of content-driven demand generation, sales optimization, and buyer's journeys.
  • Proficiency in CMS, proposal management software, CRM, automation tools, and Microsoft Office/Adobe Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
