A CPG/Wellness brand is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure a smooth transition from production to post-production by managing and archiving camera media, assisting with asset organization, and responding to stakeholder requests. The ideal candidate will help keep workflows efficient by handling file organization, billing/contracts, and providing logistical support to producers, photographers, videographers, editors, and art directors.


This position also involves on-site support for productions, including travel to company events for multiple days as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, manage, and archive media assets to maintain a streamlined production workflow.
  • Collaborate with producers, project managers, and asset managers to receive, ingest, and categorize raw media assets.
  • Maintain consistent metadata input and adhere to established file naming conventions and taxonomy.
  • Stay up to date with file-based technology, formats, and codecs to ensure optimal workflows.
  • Monitor creative marketing and social media trends within the healthy active lifestyle space.
  • Assist in coordinating production schedules and budgets in alignment with stakeholders.
  • Perform basic video edits using Adobe Premiere Pro CC as needed.
  • Support producers in sourcing vendors, booking services, managing contracts, and processing billing.
  • Maintain and organize the prop library, branded apparel, and wardrobe, while sourcing additional items as necessary.
  • Coordinate and transport on-site production catering and/or equipment using a company vehicle.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years as an photo/video production assistant or similar.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
  • Familiarity with on-site production environments and industry terminology.
  • Understanding of photo, video, and audio quality control with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
